Initiatives to run online education activities in 146 universities

Due to the coronavirus, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has taken initiative to conduct online education in 147 public and private universities of the country.

"Students are suffering irreparable losses due to the closure of universities," the statement said. To address this, steps have been taken to encourage teachers to conduct online educational activities.

He further said that using BDREN's data center, both the teacher and the student will be able to carry out their teaching and learning activities as usual in the classroom using only one of the three desktop computers / laptops or smartphones and stable internet connection.
